Recently-like two months ago-Wal-Mart took up a green image. Or so they claimed. I found a very interesting video on YouTube about this image that Wal-Mart has taken up.
In my opinion this ‘Green’ image that Wal-Mart currently has does not fit. Wal-Mart has toys that are mostly from China, which in itself is not green. They also pay their workers unfairly. Men get more than women…that doesn’t seem quite right does it?
Let me know your opinion of this green image that Wal-Mart, and other companies, are currently using.
Do you think they are really changing or are these just little ‘green’ lies?

Perserve it!
Hey Y’all
I was thinking, what about?
Global warming. I know this is a kind of sad/touchy subject to be thinking about just for the heck of it, but, I really want to make a difference. I was hoping that if I wrote some tips on my blog about Global Warming, maybe, just maybe someone would see these tips and use them!
• Carpool, walk, bike, scooter, skateboard, rip stick, etc. do anything to use less gas.
• Hang your laundry to dry! (Don't use drying machine. It uses up too much energy.)
• Try out staycations! (Planes give off too much exhaust.)
• Instead of using paper or plastic plates while having a party, try glass or porcelain.
• Reduce!!! (This is one of the 3 R's. Reducing is important because... well in normal words, big things are overrated!
• Reuse!!! (This is the second of the 3 R's. Reusing is important because -also in simple words- everything can have an unknown purpose!
• Recycle!!! (This is the last of the 3 R's. Recycling is great, because it's a better way of getting rid of things. Also, it's one step closer to people reusing for you!!
I hope these are helpful tips if you don’t already use them…If you are already doing these things feel free to comment with some even better tips!
Thanks,
Greenie
